The original 105,000 square-foot, 3-story building constructed in the early 1960s has been renovated and wrapped with a 30,000 square-foot, 2-story addition. The renovated building provides renewed, inviting, comfortable general instruction space with state-of-the-art teaching technology in a multitude of classroom sizes and configurations. View Project EWU Snyamncut Residence Hall With 104,400 SF, this new 5-story dormitory is the first student housing to be built on EWU’s campus in over 40 years. The building and large exterior courtyard are oriented to the south and southeast to make use of natural light. The ground floor has a large student lounge with a fireplace, a main lobby and administrative offices. View Project West Valley High School The school is located on a thirty-six acre site. Extensive sitework began with moving 250,000 CY of material to prepare the building pad. A two-story steel and concrete masonry structure was built to accommodate 1,500 students. The 240,080 SF building features 50 classrooms, eight science labs, seven computer labs, vo-tech space, a 500-seat auditorium and gymnasium with elevated running track. View Project Wellpinit 6-12 School Modernization Project involved a complete modernization of the existing 64,100 SF Wellpinit HS/MS building. Improvements to the building envelope included replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof replacement and restoration of exterior masonry and precast concrete panels. The roof structure over the center portion of the building was completely demolished, then reconstructed to alter the roof line in response to serious roof drainage issues.
